(CSE: ETR) (OTC: ETRUF) (FSE:ERR) (the “Company” or “Etruscus”) is pleased to report the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Financing”, see News Release November 21, 2023), subject to final CSE Exchange approval.
